Dr. I Paul Singh is a board-certified ophthalmologist who performs both industry-sponsored and independent research in glaucoma, cataract, retina, and ocular surface disease. He was one of the first surgeons in Wisconsin to perform many of the minimally invasive glaucoma surgeries (MIGS), as well as one of the first to use in-office YAG lasers to remove visually significant floaters, and even helped develop the protocol for this procedure. In 2021, 2022, and 2025, he was named America’s Best Eye Doctor by Newsweek and was ranked as one of the best cataract surgeons in America by the American College of Elective Surgery.
John Vukich, MD

John Vukich, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in presbyopia correction, refractive cataract surgery and the use of implantable collamer lenses (ICL). Dr. Vukich is a Wisconsin native and founder of Summit Eye Care with offices in Wauwatosa and Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. He attended Emory University and was granted early admission to Emory Medical School in Atlanta, Georgia, graduating with highest honors. Dr. Vukich completed his surgical residency in ophthalmology at the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary in Chicago. He is an active teacher of surgical techniques and has taught, lectured to, and certified eye surgeons on five different continents.

Dr. Banas is a board-certified optometrist specializing in ocular disease management, with particular expertise in glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, dry eye, age-related macular degeneration, cataracts, and refractive conditions. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO) and a member of the Optometric Glaucoma Society. He also holds membership in the American Optometric Association, Wisconsin Optometric Association, and Milwaukee Optometric Society.
